Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock. This guarantees your item will be reserved and shipped to you once it becomes available.

Processing & Shipping Time

All pre-order items ship within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

The 3–4 week timeframe includes production, quality checks, and processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times after dispatch may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

Your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the 3–4 week timeframe, unforeseen circumstances (such as high demand, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions) may occasionally extend shipping times. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as changes may not be guaranteed after processing begins.
